On 28 February 2026, your old Access Bank account will stop receiving money. Any money sent to that old account number will not arrive.

Please share your new Bank Zero account details with everyone who pays you so they can pay into your new account. You can find your new account details in the App and on WhatsApp.

Your card will continue working, you do not need to buy a new card.
